HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

All you have to do is visit the pricing page, click “request session” under your desired package and fill out the request form. I will contact you within one business day to confirm your session request and talk about the next available date. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due upon booking.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT ON SESSION DAY?

I generally like to keep things loose, informal and FUN. I will shoot a variety of images in various locations. I try and avoid the traditional style of posed photography since the images tend to look stiff and forced. Instead, I’ll try to capture you in more spontaneous and fun moments. Upon receiving your deposit, I will send you a session guide full of information including what to bring along with you, what to wear, etc.

WHERE WILL MY SESSION TAKE PLACE?

All sessions are shot exclusively on-location. I have a long list of awesome locations, or if you have one mind, just let me know.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE MY PHOTOS?

One to two weeks after your session, I will contact you to let you know that your proofs are available for viewing on the online gallery. Through the online gallery, you can purchase prints and other products.

While most people prefer to view their photos online, I know that sometimes selecting which photos you love on a computer screen can be a bit overwhelming without an experienced eye to assist. This is why I offer another, more personal option. If you would like, I can schedule a time for you to come in to view and order your prints. As an added bonus, I will put together a slide show of my favorite images from the shoot for you to enjoy while you are here. After viewing the show, I will work with you to help you pick out your favorite photos. When we are done, you can place your order directly with me. The whole process of viewing and ordering your prints usually takes about one hour, so please be sure to allot enough time in your schedule. I take pride in being a personal, people-oriented photographer, and as such, I am happy to assist you in choosing what images will work best for you.

For both of the above options, payment is due in full at the time your order is placed. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal check and cash.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRINT PRICES LIKE?

Simply put, I did the “pretty stuff” and Greg, my husband, made it all work. Yes, it’s true… I have the best husband in the world ;) I love working on projects with him because we make such a good team. He’s my best friend, the peas to my carrots, the peanut butter to my jelly, the Ricky to my Lucy :)

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you should need to reschedule your session, please contact ABP within 48 hours prior to your session time. There is a $40 rescheduling fee and your deposit will be transferred to your new session date. If the session is rescheduled by Ashley Brown Photography due to inclement weather, you will not be charged a rescheduling fee and we will schedule your session for the next available date. No-Shows will forfeit their deposit.
